How it works
- A buyer calls or texts your company line after hours. The call forwards to Soba.
- Soba takes the request: product, size, pack, cases, price, pickup day. It reads every number back and asks permission to call or text back.
- If the order meets the prices and volumes you set, it's confirmed on the call with a reference number.
- If not, your on-call reps get a WhatsApp card. The first to answer decides.
- Soba calls or texts the buyer back with the answer, sends a written confirmation, and sends your rep an order card ready to enter.
